We’re all walking into a whole new world in front of us. This world is all about GenAI and it's everywhere.

It's everywhere in the news, whether it's the boardroom or it's your personal house. And it's changing our lives in material ways.

And what's happening in the enterprise world in particular is that it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. And GenAI projects have started. And I know, I've talked to many of you. Many of you are already using Informatica products to run your POCs and pilots and small projects in the GenAI world.

But the other side of the reality is also true, that a lot of those projects are still not there in terms of completion. And a big fact and a big issue I hear from all of you and Gartner, who talks to all of you, is that it's because of good quality data.

We all know that your or our data is our differentiator. I would say that in this new world, your data is your AI differentiator. That's the world we live in. That's the world we are walking into.

In fact, here is a quote from Takeda, which won the Innovation of the Year award last year with us, which uses the entire IDMC platform, on how they've taken CLAIRE GPT and put it in front of the business users to create more value, get timely information in front of them and actually make what I call “tomorrow's decisions today”.

And I am super excited to announce that as I stand here today, in this world of Agentic AI, to announce the launch of our own CLAIRE agents, and I will go into them, as well as to manage the fragmented Agentic world of yours, the launch of a /pand new product called AI Agent Engineering to all of you.

As I said, in the world of many agents that are coming from many providers, as well as I know you all will build your many agents, it'll be a very fragmented world. How do you manage that workflow? How do you manage how data exchanges between these agents? How do you manage the quality? How do you manage the governance of all of that stuff? And for that, we are standing here launching a new product called AI Agent Engineering.

And its use case is very simple. Your world will be ten times more complex in the Agentic explosion, you will see. And AI Agent Engineering, like you have done in the world of iPaaS before, will actually help you manage the complexity, data management and the workflow across this. And I can tell you the world of applications is super exploding. This will be the biggest relief for you to make sure that your data is still in the right place and your agents do what you want them to do.

Now, we're not going to stop here. We're also going to create confusion and fragmentation of the Agentic world, so we will have our own agents. All of our products are going to go into the Agentic world. So, you will start seeing many CLAIRE agents coming from us. And here is a representative sample of many of those. And I know the first three that you all want is a quality agent.

That's the number one problem in the GenAI world. You want a discovery agent to make sure you can discover the data assets or metadata you have, and an ingestion agent to feed your models or to feed many of the agents you're going to create. And across that board, those are the first three agents we’ll begin with. But you can see, we will have all of IDMC be in the Agentic format in the years to come.

There is something new also in the air around IDMC, and IDMC is also having a fresh new makeover. You see the best of /peed products there, with AI Agent Engineering added to it. You see CLAIRE, which is becoming truly the frontend to IDMC with its copilot, its GPT and now obviously the launch of CLAIRE agents. And you see sitting right there in the center, the heart of IDMC, something they've talked about since 2016, is the metadata system of record, which is now in the world of AI, has become the metadata system of intelligence, powering absolutely all the work you need to do.

That's the new IDMC.

These new technologies aren't just going to create productivity improvements, they're going to shift the whole productivity and capacity curve, allowing us to do things that just aren't possible today; reducing the cost of certain work products from where they were unaffordable just a few years ago to where they will be almost free.

John Abel, Chief Information Officer, Proofpoint:

CEOs, board levels, entire executive teams in the tenure that I have had in IT for many, many years, I've never seen this level of passion, this level of excitement and this level of interest and this level of demand placed on a CIO from the executive team.

So, the question now is on, and what we're working very aggressively on, is using the technologies, and we're working with a lot of vendors to say; how do I get from where I am to there? And the key thing is, what you're all talking about, is how good is your data and where is it?

Kathy Chou, SVP of SaaS Engineering, Nutanix:

It’s the data governance, it's the policies. It's the new processes that we're putting forth to ensure that we have the ecosystem around the data to ensure the data remains clean. For instance, we had to put in an account review board, which is a team that looks at any new account creation exceptions to ensure that we're doing the right thing, because you can clean the data once, but you have to make sure it maintains that cleanliness.

And so fast forward, our original goal for customer master was to accomplish our FY26 sales planning process, do that with this single, reliable single source of truth. And happy to state that we have successfully done this for FY26 planning.

Now, here's the next goal in the world of AI. Right now, this process takes about three months. In the world of AI, what we would like to do is to put in an Agentic framework and AI tools and systems around this so we can reduce that three-month process down to two weeks.
